My students are all from Camden, NJ and come from diverse backgrounds. They are eager to ask questions, explore possibilities and use technology. Although my students lack access to technology and supplies they are still motivated and curious with a desire to succeed. The students are different in terms of their learning styles and personalities. Despite their differences, my students come together on a daily basis to collaborate and learn from one another, boosting their social and interpersonal skills, as well as testing themselves as individuals. Overall, they are young adults, in a challenging environment who achieve greatness both independently and as a group.
