This included students who forgot their calculator, lost their calculator, or have never had their own calculator to use in the classroom. Students find it easier to use a personal calculator compared to any online version.\r\n\r\nFurther, when the students in 11th Grade needed to complete their ACT testing, this calculator was permitted for use. 8 students who would have otherwise needed to complete this test without a personal calculator were able to use one of these calculators. This allowed them to perform calculations faster than the online calculator included in the test.
