After attending several professional development trainings and discovering texts that support instruction in these areas, I was beyond grateful that the community stepped in where my school Administration refused to. As a result, I have shared several strategies with my team during our weekly Professional Learning Community meetings, used the resource pages during whole group lessons, and had students work with game templates in small group settings. These math texts on building fluency and working with productive struggle are phenomenal!\r\n\r\nMy greatest takeaway has been how practical and easy to follow the chapters of the texts are organized, the availability of online digital and expanded components, and the concise visuals that model a wide range of strategies that I can figure out before trying it with students. I love all of these supportive math texts, and once again thank you. \r\n\r\nYour decision to financially contribute to my ambitious, but ultimately necessary alternative to seeking out and securing the math books that simultaneously further my educational journey as I impart the knowledge with my students, your involvement in my career is humbly received. Therefore, the headphones make an impact in listening to the questions. The students are enjoying having their own set of headphones, and it's helping them stay on track during lessons. Other than our MAP test, headphones are used for some computer learning programs and your support has made it easier for them to get the most out of their learning time.
