The centers I want to bring into our classroom will help support the Nevada Academic Content Standards already being taught in the classroom. These center learning activities will allow my students to practice these academic skills independently while I work with small groups. With students entering this school year with such a wide range of academic and social skills, I want them to have meaningful learning activities that will help close the gap created by these unprecedented times in education. This project will allow me to provide my students with center activities that will help them academically and socially.
