The laminating sheets help me create small group work and posters and anchor charts around the room. Desks that are grouped together always move around and get displaced throughout the school day. With the zip ties, I was able to zip tie all the desks together to make table groups. I was able to display student jobs for each class and the classroom schedule. Students know what number to line up on. We are also very happy to have a library carpet that is comfortable and matches the classroom pastel and rainbow theme. Students are cheerful and excited to sit in their own squares and take ownership over that specific square.
