The classroom supplies that I am requesting will help our classroom run smoothly and foster reading growth by providing students with the materials to support their learning. For example, students will have pencils and highlighters to utilize when close reading a text. The easel board will be used for small group instruction, while the chart paper can be used for anchor charts to display around the classroom. Additionally, the organizational items will be home to all of the supplies, keeping the room clean, and contributing to the overall positive classroom environment. By having the essential resources, students can start off the school year on the right foot so that they can focus on reaching their learning goals!
