They were so excited to put them to good use. After teaching students food safety, knife safety, and cross contamination, students had the opportunity to make cheeseburger sliders using all of the resources that were donated.\r\n\r\nOur next project will consist of the culinary skills and techniques of measuring ingredients and kitchen math. They will be utilizing their measuring cups and spoons for this activity. Once students have mastered the math, we will be making ice cream!! The students are eagerly anticipating it.
