The snacks and pencil toppers provided were used as incentives to recognize students' hard work and achievements. Snacks were distributed in December after the students had a great time at Schellville field trip. Students really enjoyed those snacks! The Christmas Mouse book and positive affirmation journal have supported both literacy and social-emotional learning.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first walked in and saw the colorful rug and easel, their faces absolutely lit up.
