They also really enjoy building the balance beam structure and walking on it. They get really creative with it. Furthermore students have been able to engage in cooperative games using the multi hoop basketball hoop. Finally they enjoy building \r\nwith the magnetic blocks and making creative structures with them.\r\n\r\nThank you once again for your generosity. When the books arrived at our classroom, the students wanted the boxes opened immediately. Their reaction was priceless. They wanted to check out books and were excited to see them come into our classroom.\r\n\r\nIn my classroom, I require students to read a book within their specific reading level. They must take a comprehension quiz biweekly to show that they are reading at home and trying to increase their reading level. My sixth graders have a wide range when it comes to their independent reading levels. This donation brought in books at the third and fourth grade levels. The reward is for anyone who has the motivation to want to learn cursive. \r\nStudents from previuos years still come to me to refill their ink from thier fountain pens. Throughout the week we use Microsoft Teams to take quizzes and assessments and it has a feature on it where students can have the questions and answers read to them. These headphones allow them to do that whenever they need to. \r\n\r\nAlso, the new headphone holder has a much nicer display for our headphones in the classroom. I was very pleased with the variety of their work.\r\n\r\nThis last year my students didn't have as much of a painting curriculum but they learned about figure drawing and were able to paint a self portrait for the end of the year.
