After weeks of rehearsing songs, learning choreography, and practicing their lines, they were excited to be recognized for all of their hard work. One of my favorite moments was watching students proudly receive their certificates and cheer for one another. The celebration gave them an opportunity to reflect on their accomplishments and feel proud of what they achieved together as a cast.\r\n\r\nThese resources helped create a meaningful and memorable experience for our young performers. The movie star stickers and certificates made each student feel valued, while the cookies and fruit snacks allowed us to celebrate as a team. The cast party reinforced important skills such as teamwork, perseverance, responsibility, and self-confidence and skills that extend far beyond the stage.\r\n\r\nThe success of our Disney Musical has inspired students to continue exploring the performing arts. Next year, we plan to provide more opportunities for students to build their speaking, singing, and performance skills through classroom presentations, readers' theater activities, and future school performances.
