The magnetic boards and 2 colored counters have already had a big impact in our math lessons. Students are able to work at their boards and then hold up so that I can easily see all student work. Magnets are awesome!! We are just beginning to work on addition and subtraction and these boards have already proven to be an asset to the lessons. Students are no longer frustrated with counters that move all over the place. The magnet boards allow students to organize their materials and their thinking.\r\nMy students have also decided that they love to use these boards during indoor recess and play with the magnets to make designs. I love how creative students can be when left to figure out a way to use materials in a different way than I had intended.
