The students will be able to grow as English learners while getting support in Spanish. This will allow the students to gain the background knowledge needed to learn new topics in English without confusion of the basic vocabulary. The students will have more confidence to participate in discussions, ask questions, and make English and Spanish connections. Many of these students are hesitant to participate because of their level of comfort. Once they are comfortable they excel in their learning. The level of excitement in the classroom when the students are able to make connections is a beautiful thing. I can't wait to see the students excitement after watching some of these videos!

About my class
