It is unlike a classroom in more ways than it is like a classroom. Not only is there not the traditional desks-and-chairs setup, but our theatre is often used by other groups, which means all educational materials need to find new homes. This means no bookshelves or permanent storage in the audience and stage areas of the theatre. Getting these materials to help organize and ensure that materials are easily out of sight and out of mind has been absolutely pivotal for my sanity as well as for my students' structure and routine. Having dedicated spaces for each class to leave papers and turn in assignments has really been a lifesaver for all of us who use the theatre as an educational space. Because of you, I now have reliable technology that allows me to better plan, organize, and deliver instruction for my students. In our classroom, technology is not just a convenience—it is a critical tool that helps me create visual supports, interactive lessons, and differentiated materials that meet each student's unique needs. Using this laptop, I am able to design clear presentations, adapt content, track student progress, and quickly adjust lessons so all students can access the learning.\r\n\r\nMy students were excited to hear that we received new technology to help improve their lessons. They may not use the laptop directly every day, but they experience its impact through more engaging activities, clearer visuals, and smoother transitions during instruction. For example, I recently used the laptop to create interactive slides and visual supports for a graphing lesson. Students were more focused, participated more actively, and showed greater confidence when answering questions because the materials were easier for them to understand.\r\n\r\nSeveral of my students, especially those who benefit from visual and structured learning, have shown noticeable growth. They respond positively to consistent, well-prepared materials and are more willing to participate when lessons are clear and accessible. This technology helps me provide that level of support every day.
