Many people think of PE as just physical activity, but this tool allows us to bring music, instruction, and engagement directly outside and into larger spaces where students learn best. The JBL Boombox has helped us create clear, structured environments—whether we're teaching new skills, running fitness stations, or organizing team activities. Students can hear instructions more easily, stay focused, and feel the energy that music brings to movement.\r\n\r\nWhat's been most exciting for the students is how much more connected and motivated they feel during class. Music brings a positive atmosphere, and many students—especially those who are typically quieter or less confident—have opened up and become more involved. A few students who normally struggle with participation have responded especially well; having music and clear audio has boosted their confidence, helped them stay engaged, and made them feel more comfortable stepping into new skills and challenges.\r\n\r\nOverall, this project has helped us create a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment. Your support didn't just fund a speaker—you helped create a space where students can thrive, connect, and enjoy learning in a way that truly elevates our PE program. It is used for trimming pots once they've been shaped on the wheel. It can take several minutes to center the clay prior to trimming, but the Giffen Grip does it in seconds. One student burst into excitement when I told her I received one: \"I've always wanted to try one of those!\"\r\n\r\nWhile the glazes are consumable (used up, not ingested), they run out and need to be replaced.
