My students have busy lives with activities, sports, and work. Unfortunately, personal reading time becomes almost nonexistent during high school. Because of this, I am looking to provide my students with the time and resources to keep or develop a love of reading. I would like to have a classroom library of current and classic novels that speak to all readers. I want the novels easily accessible in my classroom, so students can see them on a regular basis. While we are using technology in the classroom regularly, it is still important that students have their hands on actual books. These novels help them learn about new cultures and ideas.
