A document camera will enable me to broadcast a visual feed to all students, giving them all a great view of demonstrations, while at the same time helping them maintain social distance from each other while in the classroom. It will also assist in recording demonstrations, which I'll be able to make available online for students who miss class on demo days, and for students who are learning remotely. I love that this one piece of equipment will be used to service ALL of my students, several times during the year and for several years to come. I'll be able to use it for all classes: Drawing, Ceramics, and even my Concurrent Enrollment classes (dual credit: college and high school). I love that it will benefit all students, whether they're physically at school or learning remotely (at home).
