This contribution has had a meaningful and measurable impact on both student learning and behavior.\r\n\r\nMany of our students benefit from movement as part of their learning process. The addition of stationary bikes has provided a structured and positive outlet for that need. Students are now able to engage in light physical activity while completing academic tasks, which has helped increase focus, attention, and overall engagement. For several students who previously struggled to remain seated or on task, the bikes have made it possible for them to participate more fully in lessons and complete assignments with greater independence.\r\n\r\nBehaviorally, we have seen noticeable improvements. The bikes serve as a proactive tool to reduce restlessness, anxiety, and frustration. Instead of disruptive behaviors, students now have a constructive option that helps them regulate their energy and emotions. This has contributed to a calmer classroom environment and more productive instructional time for all learners.\r\n\r\nIn addition, the bikes have supported the development of self-regulation skills. Students are learning to recognize when they need movement and are making appropriate choices to use the bikes as a strategy. This is an important life skill that extends beyond the classroom\r\n\r\nThank you again for your generosity and for investing in our students' growth and well-being.\r\n\r\nSincerely,\r\nMs. Chuich\r\nSpecial Eduacator\r\nLincoln-Irving Elementary","fullyFundedDate":1769398967077,"projectUrl":"project/bike-desks-to-keep-student-minds-and-bod/10058174/","projectTitle":"Bike Desks to Keep Student Minds and Bodies Moving","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Chuich","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp4528553_orig.jpg?crop=1018,1018,x1189,y1139&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1671209161834","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4528553"},{"teacherId":8024371,"projectId":10058131,"letterContent":"We are very thankful for your donation.
