It is hard for a child to focus on math or literacy when their stomach is growling, and having these treats on hand ensures that no student goes hungry or loses momentum during our long afternoon stretches. Through this project, students received new, comfortable chairs that helped them know that they matter, and that their comfort and learning is what matters most in our classroom.\r\n\r\nIf I could give all my students comfortable seating, I would, but at the very least, through this project we now have a total of 6 comfortable chairs for students to enjoy while in our classroom.
