My class is so grateful to have these resources! Our pencil sharpener is a fan favorite, to the point that it has to be unplugged during instruction time. The whistle has helped alert students when it is time to go in- it is much more effective than yelling across the field! The laminator is the real star of the show- students can now play math games as the papers are laminated, therefore durable. My students LOVE playing math games. My goal is to switch the math games out for each season/ big holiday to keep things fresh. The photos show one math game that is Thanksgiving themed! I also have a calm spot with laminated posters on calming techniques. Our name tags are also laminated, as shown with the photo of Doug, our duck mascot. So far, the name tags lasted significantly longer than anything else, including the tape holding them down!\r\nWhile I was unable to obtain the Chromebook chargers, my school was able to provide some, therefore I substituted the chargers for laminating papers (which happen to be pricy!) and folders. The folders are now students' science/social studies folders. It helped many students stay organized! Having an additional folder ensures our ketchup folders (red \"catch up\" folders) are not bursting with papers. \r\nOur class is thriving due to your donations.
