As a first year teacher in an urban setting, I need fun and engaging games that will help my students grow socially and academically. Also, since my classroom is integrated, I need materials for students to work together during small group activities. Some of the activities I chose are magna-tiles, blocks and fine motor activities. They will be used during small group work and activity time. These activities will keep learning fun for my eager kindergarten students! These materials will make a difference because my students will be able to work together in groups and collaborate while using these many materials.
