The Sharpies and chart paper have allowed students to take ownership of their own learning by creating anchor charts. The greatest addition to our classroom has been the colored pens! It made an impact to the students when we came back from winter break and they might not have had the best experiences but when they came to school i got the honor of telling them items were donated to us.
