Students then explored the anatomy of an earthworm, learning about its structures and how each part functions. With the new materials, they were able to actively participate in a real dissection, while others observed closely and engaged in meaningful discussions about what they were seeing.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the materials, there was a mix of excitement, curiosity, and a little nervousness—but that quickly turned into genuine engagement. Many students who are typically quiet were asking questions, making observations, and fully involved in the learning process. It was one of those moments where you could truly see curiosity come alive.\r\n\r\nThis is just the beginning! In the coming weeks, students will participate in additional dissections, building on their skills and deepening their understanding of anatomy and biological systems. These hands-on experiences are helping prepare them for high school science labs and are even sparking interest in future science courses and careers.\r\n\r\nBeyond content knowledge, students are learning important life skills—respect for living organisms, responsibility in a lab setting, and the importance of following procedures for safety and success.\r\n\r\nYour support didn't just provide materials—it created an unforgettable learning experience that is opening doors for our students. Scratch art has not only captured their attention but also encouraged focus, perseverance, and artistic confidence.\r\n\r\nAt the same time, there is a growing excitement about our upcoming magnet sculpting project. Students are already brainstorming ideas, sketching designs, and talking about the shapes and themes they want to create. Projects like these give students the opportunity to explore new materials, think creatively, and take pride in creating something uniquely their own.\r\n\r\nSupport for the arts makes experiences like these possible.
