This device has had a huge impact on how our classroom runs. We have learned several songs to help us with transition times, using supplies correctly, and behavior skills. For example, when the students hear a certain song they know exactly what to do (like clean up their supplies and move to the colorful carpet). I was able to program the buttons on the StreamDeck to play those songs, sounds, timers, etc. Transitions are smooth because I don't have to click through programs or folders on my computer to access them, I just press one button on the StreamDeck! My students respond immediately when they hear the songs and sing along. It keeps everyone engaged, on track, and reminds us of expectations every time we sing it. Thank you for helping our classroom run smoothly, and helping us bring music into our classroom daily!","fullyFundedDate":1755704747424,"projectUrl":"project/music-and-movement-for-engagement-and-m/9601991/","projectTitle":"Music and Movement for Engagement and Management","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Hunt","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1563902_orig.jpg?crop=1987,1988,x0,y265&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1714426319854","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/1563902"},{"teacherId":8891372,"projectId":9180212,"letterContent":"I'm so excited to share the incredible impact your generosity has had on my students and our classroom!\r\n\r\nAs soon as the materials arrived, my students were full of excitement and curiosity. Their faces lit up when they saw the flexible seating options, many of them immediately asked, \"Can we use them today?!\" Since then, they've been using the seating choices daily to find their best learning spots, helping them focus better and feel more comfortable during independent work and small group activities.\r\n\r\nWe've also incorporated the hands-on math and literacy tools into our centers. One special moment that stands out was during a recent math challenge, students used the manipulatives to model their thinking and explain their strategies to classmates. It was powerful to see them so engaged, collaborating, and confidently expressing their ideas in Spanish. These tools have truly helped make abstract concepts more concrete and accessible for all learners.\r\n\r\nCurrently, we're working on an integrated science and language project where students observe plant growth and keep bilingual journals of their observations. The new organizational materials have helped students keep their work neat and accessible, supporting their independence and responsibility in managing their learning.\r\n\r\nThanks to you, our classroom feels more dynamic, student-centered, and inspiring. Your support has allowed us to build a space where learning is joyful and meaningful every single day.
