My classroom is such a special place and that is because of the special humans I get the privilege of interacting with every day. I work in a Title 1 school, meaning a large percentage of my families are economically disadvantaged. I have learned more about teaching and community schools in the past year through experience than I have my whole career. The amount of resources my school provides to the community is amazing. It has been such a hard but rewarding experience. My school, my community, my staff, my kids ROCK!
