Because of your generosity, I was able to purchase a lot of snacks and food items for my classroom and share them with other teachers in my hall. This project means the world to me for a few reasons. Many of my students have sensory needs and have a hard time with meals, so when I can offer a preferred food item, it builds rapport and keeps them in class. When I can do those two things, my classroom runs more smoothly. Many times when I run out of food, I purchase items with my own money, so I am beyond grateful that YOU were able to help. As a charter school that serves students on the autism spectrum and others who benefit from a highly individualized learning environment, every resource you help provide makes a direct impact. The wipes have been incredibly helpful in keeping our classroom clean and promoting healthy habits—our students take pride in wiping down their workspaces and keeping shared areas tidy. This has given them a sense of responsibility and ownership over their environment. The colored paper has added excitement and engagement to our daily work; it helps assignments stand out visually and allows students to express creativity in a way that feels safe and accessible.\r\n\r\nThe new paper sorting tray has been a game changer for our classroom organization. It helps students find exactly what they need with minimal confusion, which is especially important for our learners who thrive on structure and predictability. With your help, we've created a Hygiene Station stocked with deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, feminine products, dry shampoo, and body wipes—items that students can discreetly access when needed. This has empowered them to take more ownership over their personal care, which is a key life skill we're working to develop.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the Hygiene Station, their reactions ranged from excitement to quiet relief. It's opened the door to honest conversations about hygiene, self-care, and responsibility in a supportive environment.
