We enjoyed this activity towards the end of the year, when supplies were quite low, but your generosity made all the difference. My students worked on several different writing projects using the pencils, pens, markers, folders, and white boards purchased. I typically have a few reluctant writers, but the new supplies and cafe activity were enjoyed by all! When it was time to clean up and move on, many of my students asked if we could continue the activity the following day.
