It's amazing how a single item can completely transform the energy of a classroom!\r\n\r\nBefore the rug arrived, our floor space was not fully utilized and, frankly, a bit uninviting. Now, the rug has become the heart of our classroom. It has provided us with the physical freedom to break away from traditional desks and explore learning in a way that feels natural and collaborative. The room feels open and organized, allowing for better flow during transitions. Students can now spread out more Montessori mats and materials that simply wouldn't fit on a student desk.\r\n\r\nThe day we rolled out the rug, the excitement was everywhere! One student immediately remarked, \"It feels like a real living room in here!\" . The biggest shift has been in their group work. I've watched students who used to be hesitant to engage suddenly dive into projects because they can sit in a circle, face their peers, and share materials easily.
