Throughout the day, students come to my room to get something to eat or I bring the food to rooms, so students can stay in their classrooms and not disrupt their learning.\r\n\r\nThe additional classroom materials allow me to build much needed background knowledge to support student learning through differentiated instruction. \r\n\r\nIt's hard to focus on a math problem or a literature analysis when you're hungry. By helping me provide these resources, you've created a safety net.
