When we first received the supplies and learned we would be writing our way through the alphabet, the students were so excited!\r\n\r\nSo far, the students have loved all of the materials we have been able to use. We have written about pictures we painted with watercolors for \"A is for Art\" day, created basketball hoops for a STEAM project on \"C is for Create\" day and then wrote the steps explaining how we made them, and for \"G is for Game Day\" students wrote about their favorite games and shared them with their classmates.\r\n\r\nThese activities have made writing fun, creative, and meaningful for my students. They are excited to share their ideas and take pride in their work. We have already completed so many engaging projects and still have many more to look forward to as we continue writing through the alphabet.\r\n\r\nYour generosity is helping build confidence and excitement around writing in our classroom. Every year, teachers have to purchase our own supplies to get the students ready for school and to keep them supplied throughout the year. They loved having fresh, high-quality supplies and were eager to use them right away. Many students commented on how nice it felt to have their own materials and how it made school feel more \"official\" and special. Their excitement really set a positive tone in the classroom.\r\n\r\nWith these new supplies, students are continuing to build important skills through hands-on learning, writing, and collaborative projects. Our next steps include applying what we've learned to upcoming lessons that focus on problem-solving, reading comprehension, and clear written communication.
