We are requesting six Amazon Fire tablets for added technology in a learning center to challenge their curiosity. This technology center will be a place where my Fourth grade students can have access to technology in the classroom. With a large class of students in elementary education, I do not have enough technology resources for kids to use. Their technology needs are not being met. I need these tablets so the students can learn and interact online and with available apps. They will be able to access reading, writing, math and other areas of our curriculum that are now found online. The students will be able to use the tablets to increase their twenty first century skills. The tablets will be available to the students at all times of the day. A few students do not have technology at home and these tablets will enhance their learning so they can have the same skills as the other 4th graders.
