Students can use their PBIS points or classroom money to purchase crowns and wear them around the classroom as a special reward. Our school uses a positive behavior incentive program called SOAR. SOAR is our schools moto SOAR stands for Safety Ownership Acceptance and Respect. Students are able to earn coral cash based off their ability to show SOAR values in their daily activities. The Coral Cash is something the students in grades K-8 strive to get and save up. \r\nWeekly we open up a Coral Cash Shop that allows the students to come shop for items that they have an interest in. We change up the items weekly so that students never know what items are going to be out what week. Keeping up with the \"trending\" items, and making sure our Middle School students have food as their motivator it gets extremely costly for our school.
