Hi I'm Ms. Bain! This is only my second year of teaching and last year was spent mostly teaching at home. One of my biggest classroom dreams is to have a library, placed in a safe and calming place, that gives students a space to get excited about reading. My students come from military backgrounds and the constant moving can sometimes create stress in their learning. I would love to be able to create places in my classroom for them to de-stress (which is why I would love to have a water feature next to the reading area). There are also a few extra supplies added that could be very beneficial to our classroom. While my book collection is still small, I'm hoping that adding new shelf additions can help me to build my library into something really special. I would be so excited to have you all as donors to contribute to this project!
