They cheered when they noticed the science table and eagerly gathered around as we unpacked the kits and posters. The certificates for science, social studies, and writing awards were met with big smiles and proud conversations about future goals. Students were already talking about how hard they wanted to work to earn one of those awards, which has added an extra layer of motivation and pride to our classroom culture.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, these resources will continue to support our current lessons and upcoming projects. Students are beginning a cross-curricular unit that connects science and social studies, where they will research, experiment, and present their findings using the posters and kits as guides. The science table will remain a central space for collaboration, while the certificates will help us celebrate growth and achievement along the way.
