They learned real-world skills in microphone installation and sound mixing, giving them a true taste of backstage production.\r\n\r\nOver three days, we performed for all 600+ students in our school and hosted 300 community members each evening. The materials we received have already made a significant impact on our learning environment, specifically enhancing our science center and allowing us to more build more musical activities into our curriculum.\r\nThe new resources for the science center are sparking incredible curiosity and hands-on exploration among my students. We are currently learning about butterflies, insects, plants and flowers. The new resources you donated are allowing my students to be more engaged than ever in active discovery. \r\nFurthermore, the hands-on musical materials are helping us connect concepts across subjects. Integrating music has proven to be a powerful tool for memory, focus, and creative expression. We have especially enjoyed using the materials when practicing literacy skills, particularly rhyming. The musical component also allows my students with speaking delays to participate more fully in the activities. \r\nThank you once again for your commitment to our students and for helping to bring this project to life. The books series we purchased are helping them practice their reading skills and increase their fluency and comprehension. They really like The Bad Guys and Dog Man series and are excited to read each day. \r\nIt has been a wonderful experience for me and the students. How do I know if I reached 500 characters? I keep trying to publish but the site kicks me back here as though I need to write more. Then I wonder who if anyone will be reading this since it was government funded. Now it shows there are over 800 characters and it still won't publish. Kind of frustrating to waste my time submitting and resubmitting with no results.\r\nSo, here I am again trying to publish this letter but it will not publish. The students have been using the new incubator and supplies every day to keep the eggs warm and safe while we watch the early magic unfold. They love checking the temperature and humidity like real scientists and carefully candling the eggs with a flashlight to look for tiny veins and shadows forming inside. It feels like getting a peek into a secret world.\r\n\r\n During our daily journaling time, students draw what they observe, label parts of the egg, and write playful notes about how the ducklings stay warm and get their nutrition. Science vocabulary and data tracking feel more like an adventure than work, and the students are fully engaged and excited to learn.\r\n\r\n When the incubator first arrived with the eggs inside, the entire class gathered around in amazement. There were big smiles, lots of excitement, and many questions about what the ducklings might look like next. Our science corner quickly became the most popular spot in the classroom. Your donation brought this real life learning experience right to our students and sparked so much curiosity and joy.\r\n\r\n As we move forward, we will continue our daily checks and journaling as the ducklings grow inside their shells. Soon, students will also work in teams to design cozy duckling welcome spaces while thinking about warmth, space, and cleanliness. They will share their creative ideas with classmates as we count down to hatching day. Thank you so much for helping bring this joyful and meaningful learning experience to our classroom.
