Our miniature golf unit was a hit and the Chomp Saw made it so easy to cut out more detailed designs. My class worked with the P.E. teacher and designed miniature golf courses that were played by all the students during P.E. classes. My students decided on the theme of World Landmarks and designed fantastic items that replicated their real life counterparts. These supplies helped build, glue, and decorate the landmarks. Students were excited to use the paper and watercolors. My class has loved all the supplies I was able to buy and they particularly enjoy the math games. One of their favorite games is the magnetic cubes. They could spend hours building and rearranging their cubes to create a variety of structures. It is safe to say that since getting the cubes, their imagination has really taken off! They started creating the usual \"house\", \"castle\", \"snake\" but soon they were making more complex structures that involve team work and the use of patterns such as a penguins face, Minecraft TNT, water parks, and more!\r\n\r\nIn addition to that, the Valentine's Day arts and crafts items allowed them to get really express their unique styles and spend time with their 5th grade buddies who help them paint their wooden hearts. It was a very neat project and an even better Valentine's Day gift for my students' families. \r\n\r\nIt has been awesome watching them enjoy every supply we got thanks to your generous donations. Students are also able to sit more comfortably while engaging in rigorous tasks that prepare them for their futures. \r\nIn addition to the Cozy Cubes, we were also able to restock our classroom Dojo store. Students earn Dojo points by completing fact fluency assignments, being helpful to others, and earning above average grades. The store motivates students and gives them something to look forward to each week. Thanks to donors like you, we are able to keep our store running until the end of the school year.
