To foster a love for reading, young readers need to be exposed to literature that is exciting, relatable, and interesting to them. Most texts we have available in our reading curriculum just do not pique my fifth-graders' interest. I want my students to have classroom texts that they would actually want to read during their free time. These novels will really help my fifth-graders learn to love reading! They're not only fun stories, but they also share themes and lessons that adolescents can really relate to. Please help my students become life-long readers.
