In the past, kids would have to wait in a long line for their turn to kick, but now, we can get through our drills quickly with all the available balls. We recently used the new agility spots to set up a complex passing drill, and the difference in their engagement was night and day. Because they aren't standing around waiting, they are staying active, building their skills twice as fast, and taking a visible pride in using \"pro-grade\" equipment that they know they have to take care of.\r\n\r\nNow that we have the right foundation, my lesson plan has shifted from basic survival to advanced teamwork and strategy.
