They are now more motivated and invested in practicing their lines, working together on stage directions, and helping with small production tasks. Many of my students thrive on hands-on and highly engaging materials, so being able to physically explore the new items made learning feel fresh and motivating for them. For some of my students, especially those who benefit from structured and visual supports, just seeing organized, clearly designed materials helped lower anxiety and increase their willingness to participate. We were also to utilize some of the resources as reinforcers for our students. \r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the materials, their reactions ranged from wide-eyed excitement to immediate curiosity. Several asked, \"Are these really for us?\" That sense of ownership made a huge difference. They were eager to try everything and even reminded me when it was time to use the new tools during lessons.\r\n\r\nStudents will continue building independent writing skills by completing resumes and practicing workplace communication scenarios. We're also incorporating role-play activities where students rotate through interview stations and receive peer feedback.
