They will be able to rate themselves on learning (red/yellow /green) and monitor their progress and knowledge of standards. If they can see their growth, they will stay motivated. Creating personal graphs and watching their progress, as well as meeting many data common core state standards with enhance their learning. It is a school requirement and state requirement for students to monitor their learning. This is a great way to do so and incorporate technology into the mix, as well as meet standards in math. I know the kids will be engaged too.
