I can have them collaborate in smaller group sizes as well as work individually. I believe this is best as more of my students will have more hands on experiences into the collaborations. The sounds created by some apps are very useful in creative storytelling. The music and video editing apps will expose them to some of the possibilities that a career in music has to offer.\r\n\r\nThese are also helpful with my students that need a touch screen to complete their assignments. We are blessed to have chromebooks, but some students find them to be difficult to control. My special needs students are able to touch pictures that represent how they are feeling or even what they are feeling at the moment. There are wonderful apps that also help them learn to communicate with those around them.\r\n\r\nWe feel very supported by your generosity. At this time that means the world to students and staff. The cutbacks in our school district budgets is making things very difficult. Moral is down among teachers and families.
