This project will encompass purchasing fun and engaging read-alouds for my first grade classroom of 19 students. They are learning how to build their listening comprehension skills through the use of read-alouds. I am also requesting chromebook charger stations, as many of my students come back to school with non-charged devices. This will help us get right to work with our learning in the morning hours! This project addresses the following standards: CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.RI.1.1 Ask and answer questions about key details in a text. CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.RI.1.2 Identify the main topic and retell key details of a text. CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.RI.1.3 Describe the connection between two individuals, events, ideas, or pieces of information in a text

About my class
