When I opened the boxes in front of them, they were so excited and surprised. They couldn't wait to use them.\r\n\r\nThe storage containers have helped us organize our classroom materials so students can easily find what they need during centers and activities. Having a well-organized space helps our young learners feel more independent and confident as they take care of their classroom.\r\n\r\nOur new vacuum has been especially exciting for our students during our community helpers learning activities. Kindergarteners love practicing how we can all help take care of our shared spaces, and the vacuum allows them to take part in keeping our classroom clean while learning about real-life responsibilities.\r\n\r\nThe iPad styluses are also a wonderful addition. The styluses help them practice fine motor skills and make it easier for little hands to form letters, illustrate their ideas, and express their learnings in creative ways.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, our classroom is more organized, our students can practice important life skills, and they have new tools to support their learning and creativity. They were able to choose what games to play. The only instructions I gave was they must read the directions aloud so that eveyone knows the rules of the game and they must use complete sentences to express their equations. It was nice to have varing levels of math games for them to choose from that they are comfortable reviewing. With the headphones with microphones and the adapter, I am able to assign them an independent task of recording themselves reading a passage or record themselves explaining how they got an answer to a math problem on an application call Seesaw.
