This was a huge treat to the students and seeing the happiness on their faces for getting a fun award for working so hard on their assessments was a GREAT way to close out the semester. \r\n\r\nMahalo again to Donors Choose!!! Because of your donations, our classroom has gained valuable tools that are already making a huge difference in how my students learn and engage every day.\r\n\r\nWith your support, I was able to purchase dry-erase boards with XY coordinate grids, which have transformed our lessons on slope and y-intercept. Students are now able to actively participate in graphing equations, exploring patterns, and visually seeing how math concepts connect — making learning more interactive, hands-on, and fun.\r\n\r\nThe $100 Teachers Pay Teachers gift card has been an amazing resource as well. I've been able to purchase supplemental curriculum materials and fun, engaging math notes that help reinforce key skills while keeping students excited about learning. These materials allow me to reach learners at different levels and make even challenging topics accessible and enjoyable.\r\n\r\nLastly, the Mancala boards and Scramble Squares puzzles have brought a sense of calm and focus to our classroom during testing periods. Students who finish early now have meaningful, quiet activities that challenge their thinking without disrupting others. It's been wonderful to see them practicing strategy, patience, and problem-solving — all while having fun.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has created a more engaging, supportive, and joyful learning environment for my students.
