It was a crazy day because all my classes (even the really tough classes) were all on task and working hard. I stopped each class at the end and we clapped and celebrated a day of hard work. They all got to choose something from my new rewards bin. \r\nSince then the students have been more focused and working a lot harder. I have even taken time to build relationships with students by pulling them aside when they are caring to others and giving them rewards.
