The addition of 3D printing technology has already made a meaningful impact on student engagement, motivation, and learning experiences in our classroom.\r\n\r\nMany of my students receive special education services and benefit from hands-on, visual, and interactive learning opportunities. The 3D printer has allowed students to apply concepts learned in mathematics, science, and engineering through authentic design and prototyping experiences. Students have begun creating automotive brackets, robotics and drone components, architectural models, and functional project tools, helping transform abstract concepts into tangible products they can see, test, and improve.\r\n\r\nBeyond academics, this technology has strengthened creativity, collaboration, problem-solving, and perseverance. Students who previously questioned whether they belonged in STEM or career pathway settings have become more engaged and motivated through opportunities to create something meaningful and functional.
