Students track their progress on a chart, and once the chart is completely filled—usually after about four to five weeks—they earn the opportunity to create a personalized sheet of stickers of their choice. This reward has quickly become something students look forward to and work toward with excitement.\r\n\r\nSince introducing the sticker machine, I have seen a noticeable change in how students approach their math practice. Many students who previously struggled with motivation are now eager to log in to Reflex Math and challenge themselves. They regularly ask about their progress, remind each other to stay on track, and take pride in seeing their charts fill up over time. Having a long-term goal has encouraged them to stay consistent and put forth their best effort.\r\n\r\nStudents especially love the creative aspect of designing their own stickers. This personal choice makes the reward feel meaningful and earned. When students receive their sticker sheets, they are incredibly proud of their accomplishment and enjoy sharing their stickers with classmates and friends. This has helped build a positive classroom culture where students celebrate each other's hard work and successes.\r\n\r\nBeyond motivation, the academic impact has been clear. I\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we'll continue to use the sticker maker not just for birthdays, but for other projects as well like reward stickers for reading goals, science projects, and even classroom celebrations.
