Your generosity has made a wonderful difference in the learning experiences of my students. Because of your support, our students have had the opportunity to explore cameras, photography, and video recording in ways that have truly excited their curiosity.\r\nThe children absolutely love using the cameras. They are eager to take turns capturing pictures of their friends, classroom activities, and the world around them. Through this hands-on experience, they are learning what a camera is, how it works, and how photos and videos are created. They are also discovering that pictures can tell stories and help us remember special moments.\r\nThis project has encouraged creativity, observation, and communication. Students carefully look at their surroundings to decide what they want to photograph, which helps build their thinking and language skills. They enjoy sharing the pictures they take and talking about why they chose that moment to capture. The video recording feature has also been exciting for them, allowing them to practice speaking, storytelling, and expressing their ideas.\r\nBeyond the technology skills, the cameras have helped students work together, take turns, and respect classroom materials. They feel proud when they successfully take a photo or record a video, and their confidence grows each day.\r\nYour generosity has given our young learners an engaging way to explore, create, and learn. Thank you for helping bring such joy and meaningful learning into our classroom. Your generosity has truly made a difference in the way my students learn and explore the world.\r\nBecause of your donations, my students have been able to dive into learning about the Sahara Desert and the animals that live in Africa. They absolutely love reading the new books we received. During story time, the students are excited to look at the pictures, ask questions, and talk about the different animals and habitats they discover. These books have sparked their curiosity and helped them begin to understand that the world is full of many different environments and cultures.\r\nThe animal LEGO set has quickly become one of the students' favorite learning tools. They enjoy building animals and creating their own desert habitats. While they play, they are also developing important skills such as counting, problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork. The students work together to build structures and tell stories about the animals they create.\r\nThe Africa puzzles have also been a wonderful addition to our classroom. My students love putting the puzzles together and identifying different animals. As they work on the puzzles, they are strengthening their fine motor skills, learning patience, and practicing how to collaborate with their classmates.\r\nMost importantly, these materials have made learning hands-on, exciting, and meaningful. Every page they turn helps them have the opportunity to learn, dream, and grow.\r\n\r\nYour generosity is already making a meaningful difference in our classroom. Listening to classical music from the radio adds a calming element that helps students focus, regulate their emotions, and engage more peacefully in classroom activities.\r\n\r\nYour donations have also provided meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities that build foundational skills. The letter pocket chart has become a bright and engaging activity center that sparks curiosity and excitement about letters and sounds. Students eagerly participate in matching, sorting, and exploring letters, strengthening their early literacy skills. \r\n\r\nIn addition, our circle time chart has become an essential part of our daily routine. It reinforces concepts such as, dates, days of the week, counting, rhyming, colors and shapes. These daily interactions help students build strong academic foundations while encouraging participation and collaboration.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, your generosity has impacted not only my students' academic growth but also their love for their classroom. Your support has helped create a space where students feel valued, inspired, and excited to come to school each day. On the eve of a long weekend or break, we often hear students complain that they are going to miss school, other times they do not want to leave in the afternoons. Some of the ways we've made use of the dry erase board include \"shared writing,\" practicing pre-writing strokes, writing our names, and identifying and naming magnetic letters. Children have loved retelling stories with the included flannel board so much, that we have acquired a second board for Velcro storytelling props so both sides of the easel can be utilized.\r\n\r\nIn our changing and challenging world, the board books purchased in this project, like \"A Little Book About Bravery\" and \"A Little Book About Activism\" have helped my little learners put these complicated, but relevant topics into words they understand.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for supporting my classroom!","fullyFundedDate":1763611271978,"projectUrl":"project/easel-for-little-changemakers/9838057/","projectTitle":"Easel for Little Changemakers","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Norton","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8508611_orig.jpg?crop=1783,1783,x532,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1656198640962","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/msnortonslittles"},{"teacherId":3186451,"projectId":9839625,"letterContent":"I wanted to take this time to thank you for your generous donations.
