Your gift has given our readers access to engaging, factual books about people from various time periods, backgrounds, and fields. \r\n\r\nThe impact on student learning and interest has been great! Over the couple of weeks we've had the books, biography checkouts have already skyrocketed. These biographies have sparked a real interest in new stories. Just as I hoped, the kids are realizing that nonfiction can be just as interesting as fiction. In particular, my older boys have always struggled to stay interested in reading.
