I've seen students step up as leaders by helping resolve small disagreements, reminding peers of the rules, and making sure everyone gets a turn, all during what used to be a less structured part of the day.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the new volleyball equipment, they were incredibly excited and couldn't wait to start playing. Many students who typically struggle to find an activity during recess now feel more included and confident because they have a fun, organized option to participate in. It has been especially rewarding to see students who are usually quiet in class take on leadership roles on the court, communicating with teammates and showing strong sportsmanship.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we are continuing to reinforce expectations around respectful play, cooperation, and conflict resolution during recess games.
