My goal is for my classroom to be a safe space for students, where they can feel seen, encouraged, and excited to learn. I love to decorate with bright colors, positive messages, and images that remind students of the beauty in our diverse world. Most of my projects are to help build my classroom library. I want my students to know that my classroom library is a place they can go to travel through space and time--learning more about history, religion, art, society, and ultimately, themselves.
